Vinification : The grapes are vinified in white with soft pressing. Afterwards, fermentation takes place with the addition of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of around 18 °C.

Storage and Aging : After vinification, aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months where the wine remains in contact with the fine lees to achieve complexity and softness.
