Barrique grappa is the result of a careful blend of Trentino red pomace, distilled in a discontinuous steam still. Subsequently the maturation takes place in Limousine oak barrels, based on a philosophy that respects the distillate, freeing the star grappa from the wood in a natural color and a beautiful and elegant character. Aging in French Limousin barrels.
